Robert (Bob) E. Graham, President

Bob is a mergers and acquisitions facilitator specializing in the high technology and manufacturing industries.  Having worked for 38 years in the Canadian and US Information Technology sector, Bob has many high-level business contacts and associates and possesses in-depth knowledge of these sectors. Bob has focused on technology M&A for the past 12 years and has lead numerous successful sale transactions. His style is proactive and results oriented.  Bob’s key role is positioning, searching, matching and facilitating the needs of our clients and investors.

Paul Cannata, Director, M&A and Patent Transactions

Paul is a graduate of York University with a degree in Environmental Studies, focusing primarily on environmental economics and law. He has held various business development positions in the environmental technology sector and has been published in a number of industry magazines.  Paul is heavily involved in the client support process, helping to maintain the fluidity and ease of the process, as well as helping to maintain WavePoint’s key market presence through various business development initiatives.

Julie-Lynne Richard, Manager, M&A Transactions

Julie-Lynne has a background in economics and market research. She assists with market development initiatives and helps keep our database up to date.
