Robert (Bob) E. Graham:  President

Bob is a mergers and acquisitions facilitator specializing in the high technology and manufacturing industries.  Having worked for 38 years in the Canadian and US Information Technology sector, Bob has many high-level business contacts and associates and possesses in-depth knowledge of these sectors. Bob has focused on technology M&A for the past 12 years and has lead numerous successful sale transactions. His style is proactive and results oriented.  Bob’s key role is positioning, searching, matching and facilitating the needs of our clients and investors.

Julie-Lynne Richard:  Manager, M&A Transactions

Julie-Lynne has a background in economics and market research. She is heavily involved in the client support process, helping to maintain the fluidity and ease of the process.  She also assists with our marketing efforts to maintain WavePoint’s key presence through various business development initiatives.

Melissa Alas:  Manager, M&A Transactions

Melissa has a background in customer service and market research. She is heavily involved in direct client support by helping to orchestrate the M&A process by working closely with our clients and their numerous prospects. Melissa also assists with our new client business development projects.

Michelle Foster: Manager, Operations and Administration

Michelle maintains the administrative and technical aspects of our operations, including our email marketing, database maintenance and technology integration.

Andrea Martin:  Database Specialist

Andrea works diligently to maintain the integrity of our database.  Using multiple resources she constantly updates with the most current information to assist with market research for our clients.
