Target Acquisitions

 • Development, maintenance and support competencies in the Microsoft Stack

• Public sector focus augmented with large scale enterprise private sector clients

• Preferable headquarters in Southwestern Ontario

• Management and Strategic consulting

• Small % from staff augmentation

• Recurring revenue desirable IT Services with a focus on application development

• Commercialized Software that is owned by seller and is actively being sold and is generating revenue in the Public Education sector – K-12 and Post Secondary

• SaaS or Cloud Solutions

• Strong recurring revenue

• Minimum revenue of $ 500K• Digital Media
