Our client code named EFMCo, a world class leading provider of Market and Social Research multi mode data collection and analysis applications, is now seeking to expand significantly in the corporate market and to grow their business with acquisitions of synergistic companies.

We are looking to acquire well-managed companies with leading edge technologies, an installed customer base and strong customer retention in order to grow more rapidly and to be in the Top 3 MR and EFM technology vendors within 3 years

Target Acquisition:

EFM Co is looking for technology companies specializing in:

  • web and mobile survey applications,
  • panel and sampling management applications and services,
  • (MROC) Market Research Online Communities applications and services,
  • media and social networks analytics and,
  • advanced analytics applications and services.

Emphasis will be placed on companies that have an installed SaaS customer base and a supplemental services revenue base.

Our client has a competitive formula for valuation and a solid strategy for integration.  Financing is in place and they will move quickly when presented with the right company. Consideration will be given to all candidates or opportunities that have the right technologies, regardless of location, revenue size or profitability.

We see an opportunity for many smaller companies competing in this market space to consolidate into a larger strategic sales and marketing entity offering leading edge technology, operational efficiencies, and an ability to capitalize on cross-selling additional products and services through the combined customer base.
