Our client (coded named: ServiceCo)  is a private IT Services company, who is a leading provider of IT SOLUTIONS and having a proven track record with enterprise clients,  is now seeking to grow their business with acquisitions of synergistic companies.

We are looking to acquire well-managed companies with strong customer retention in order to grow more rapidly and to be in the Top 100 IT Services Companies within 3 years. We are looking for Greater Toronto Area (GTA) IT services companies specializing in enterprise software with focus in the Financial Sector. Consideration will be given to all candidates or opportunities regardless of revenue size or profitability. We have a competitive formula for valuation, a solid strategy for integration, financing is in place and we will move quickly.

We see opportunities for the many smaller companies competing in this market to be consolidated into a larger strategic entity offering better services, operations efficiencies, and an ability to capitalize on cross-selling additional services through the same customer relationships.

Our arrangements can accommodate those seeking to grow within a larger company, leave the business immediately or over time, or may have other scenarios. Our approach is very flexible to the needs of the existing shareholders.

ServiceCo has been in the same core business for the past 19 years.  This 45 person firm is efficiently managed with low employee turnover and their clients include many Fortune 100 companies.  Their market leading solutions are both industry specific and cross sector.
